Hey everyone. I'm so happy that I finally found an active RBY community after all these years of giving up on finding one ever since the golden age of the board wars passed (GameFAQs, TPM, Azure, and Pojo). I played against Cygnus on the Smogon server, and he recommended I check out this place, and so far, I LOVE what I'm seeing! RBY for life!

Cool, welcome to THE Alternative! Did you check out the 2007 RBY League topic? It's a tournament you're eligible to play in if you wish. Glad you like THE Alternative!  Also, I've never seen you before, and I've been around for a while too. Did you always use that name? |

LionheartGGFan: Apparently, you've seen me before back then  Yeah, before Pojo's forums at EZBoard went under, I usually hung out at the RBY forums along with KingKoffing, Cloggerdude, CHaR, LaprasbeatsMewtwo, Blastoise2040, and Bulbasaur3000 aka lostchromosone45 (in case you remember them, lol). And yes, my original PBS name was Lugia7777; I just decided to change my forum name to Kirby54925 after a while. Yellow: Thank you very much! |

I've been on the Gamefaqs board since 2002 (TOS1 era). I battled Cloggerdude and LBM before. CHaR was in THE Alternatives first tournament and was in this unfinished tournament of mine before. I've only heard of the others when they were in the IBT. But Bulbasaur3000 was sort of a dipshit when I met him. Also, I never heard of Blastoise2040 though, sorry. ;x
