I was talking to ragnaar on AIM and he brought up how we should consider becoming more of a multi gen, I dont know how all of you would feel so I wanted to know how you guys feel about this. If we do, ragnaar will cover GSC and I'll cover what I know about RSE.

The main consideration imo, is do we want to locate more members (the 3 faces of HcM don't count) or are we happy with the current size of the community. Keeping in mind some folks have gone kbye lately.
My suggestion to expand is mostly to attract more members, rby is great, imo it ties for best gen (sorry guys, gsc addict), but if we want to expand we have to expand ourselves first.

Ragnaar is right, even if we want to mainly focus on RBY, adding GSC and RSE will attract more members, who we can mold into RBYers.
