Well, I'm just a random old schooler hoping this community can get the spark it needs to become something cause RBY is an awesome as fuck version and nobody wants to play it anymore 
I'll be back checking around, just don't go thinking there aren't any new users who want to play RBY, cause there are. I really have no problem with Smogon's community right now, but absolutely EVERYTHING is centered around the atrocity otherwise known as DPP, and the metagame is simply terrible and almost completely based around luck. This is not just the opinion of me, but of most of the respected veterans who can see through the facade of more Pokemon and more moves to see just how little skill and variation actually exists in the game. So, hopefully I'll be welcome here and we can get some much needed activity, not just here but for RBY in general!
