Hi Jump Kick Body Slam Counter Seismic Toss/Meditate
Hitmonlee has one thing that lets it stand out from other fighting types: Hi Jump Kick. Hitmonlee gets the luxury of getting the best fighting move in the game, so pair that with a decent speed stat and a terrific attack stat and you have a Pokemon that can wreck some OU threats. Unfortunately for Hitmonlee though, that's all it really has going for it. Hitmonlee is too frail to do much to Pokemon who aren't weak to fighting and he is kind of screwed once he gets paralyzed. So many other Pokemon are better at playing the frail sweeper role and you can't find too many who have the piss poor special stat that Hitmonlee does. Seriously.
Counter is good because of Hitmonlee's bad defense, while the fourth move is kind of filler. Seismic Toss will hit Pokemon like Weezing for more damage, and Meditate, while risky, can have a great payoff.
Overall, HJK gives Hitmonlee some novelty and puts him on a much higher pedestal than that other Hitmon, but he still isn't anything special because he doesn't have a lot. Ooohhhhh.
Other options: Close Combat.

I'm finding HJK works nicely on slower Normals, especially Chansey and Snorlax. Double kick is nice to have too, as a finisher.
