I decided to make soem variations to my normal team, and ended up switching out half of its memebers. The new set isn't working for some reason. I think it is a little too predictable, and there isn't enough power attacks.
Gengar -Hypnosis -Psychic -T-Bolt -Explosion
Chansey -Ice Beam -T-Wave -Softboiled -Counter
Rhydon -EQuake -Submisson -Rock Slide -Body Slam
Zapdos -T-Bolt -T-Wave -Drill Peck -Reflect
Exeggutor -Mega Drain -Explosion -Stun Spore -Sleep Powder
Tauros -Body Slam -EQuake -Hyper Beam -Blizzard

I recommend Thunderbolt to prevent Articuno and Lapras from freezing you. Delete Counter or T-Wave for it.
Rhydon -EQuake -Submisson -Rock Slide -Body Slam
I dont see the point of Submission. Use Substitute, if you use it when you think the opponent will get fpd it can work. But it's really a filler.
Zapdos -T-Bolt -T-Wave -Drill Peck -Reflect
Exeggutor -Mega Drain -Explosion -Stun Spore -Sleep Powder
Psychic please. Delete Mega Drain or Stun Spore for it.
Tauros -Body Slam -EQuake -Hyper Beam -Blizzard
I would recommend trying Snorlax over Rhydon. Rhydon can be tricky to use effectively where as Lax is a lot easier to use. Give it Body Slam/EQ/Hyper Beam/Selfdestruct. You could also try Jynx over Gengar if you want more accuracy and a way to dispose of Exeggutor.

I've never seen you make changes to teams because of an Articuno threat. Is this because of me perhaps? <_<

Actually, I was wanting to use a Rock/Ground on this team to see how it did and if it would be useful. But you have a point that Snorlax is much eaiser to use.
And I am putting Jynx back in. As much as she is a whore, she's the lead I'm sucessful with. Any other good leads/lead strategies?

I actually have horrible luck with Jynx leads. I usually do eggy leads or sometimes Zam leads.

Well, in our last battle, Jynx worked like it should have. Sleep the lead, and paralyse the switch in.

Alakazam if you want to scare lead Gengars.

I see some Alakazam giving you trouble, especially if Exeggutor gets luck fucked.
