Rhydon has shit special and has better things to do anyway, ditch Fire Blast and Thunder for Earthquake and Rock Slide. Moves like Fissure are horrible on Rhydon since OHKOs only work if you're faster and they usually aren't tolerated in NB so dump it for something like Substitute or even Ice Beam to score a desperation freeze. New Rhydon: Earthquake/Rock Slide/Body Slam/Sub or Ice Beam Evasion moves aren't tolerated in competitive play so drop it for Thunderwave. Ice Beam is better than Blizzard on Chansey since it'll be trying to score freezes a lot so ditch it for it. Since you have an ice move, there's no need for a fire move since ice does everything fire can, only better, so ditch Fire Blast for Thunderbolt. New Chansey: Thunderbolt/Thunderwave/Ice Beam/Softboiled Bite is virtually pointless on Blastoise, put Earthquake over it. Body Slam over Double Edge so you can get paraslams, Hydro Pump/Surf is stronger anyway. You CAN keep Hydro Pump but I personally don't like the somewhat risky accuracy, Surf is also acceptable. New Blastoise: Blizzard/Body Slam/Earthquake/Hydro Pump or Surf You should never use two moves of the same type unless it's like Thunderbolt and Thunderwave. Jolteon really can't afford missing so ditch Thunder for Pin Missile which will let you hit Exeggutor. Drop Double Edge for something like Body Slam for paraslams, Double Kick can work for Chansey because of Jolteons insane CH rate. Reflect can work too in some situations. New Jolteon: Thunderbolt/Thunderwave/Pin Missile/Double Kick or Hyper Beam or Reflect For Tauros, ditch Double Edge for Hyper Beam and Fire Blast for Earthquake. New Tauros: Blizzard/Body Slam/Earthquake/Hyper Beam Alakazam is 100% correct, good job. Overall, Blastoise really can't do that much in standard, plus you need a sleeper so I would dump it for Exeggutor with Explosion/Sleep Powder/Stun Spore/Psychic. The rest of the team can work in standard but you might have some problems pulling off Jolteon effectively, if it does happen you should dump it for a Snorlax with Body Slam/Earthquake/Hyper Beam/Selfdestruct or maybe a second sleeper like Jynx with Lovely Kiss/Blizzard/Psychic/Body Slam or Gengar with Hypnosis/Thunderbolt/Psychic/Explosion.

You might want to switch Blastoise for Starmie/Lapras depending on your preference. Starmie would want T-wave, T-bolt, Blizzard, and Recover. Lapras would want Blizzard/Icebeam, Surf, Rest, Body slam/confuse ray/sing
Personally, I wouldn't put both Chansey and Zam on the same lineup, they're both similar, Chansey getting hp for less special and no stab.
Put in a status inflicter of some sort, Exeggutor/Gengar/Jynx are great, Sleep Powder/Hypnosis/Lovely Kiss is a must respectively.
Oh, I love Jolteon too =D Give it Double Kick,Pin Missle, T-bolt/wave. One of the faster pokemon and can para alakazam before it para's Jolteon. Then Pin Missle it to death. You can also Double Kick a golem/rhydon switch in then switch to exeggutor to absorb the earthquake. 20% or so is nothing to laugh at for a pokemon that's going to switch out anyways. Just don't keep it in =o

There's nothing wrong with having both of them in the same line up. They're both great Pokemon.
