Moveset #1: OU attacker

Hyper Beam/Body Slam
This is the best attacking set for OU. Clefable, a Pokemon with an awesome movepool, has many options but I feel this is the best set. Thunderbolt hits Slowbro, Lapras and Starmie, Blizzard hits Exeggutor while the normal move of your choice hits Pokemon like Jynx, Alakazam and Chansey.
If you have enough para support, then it wouldn't be bad a idea to run both Hyper Beam and Body Slam. This is so you can deal with Chansey and Jynx much easier (Reflect Alakazam walls you regardless).
The set obviously works in UU too.
Moveset #2: Tank
Reflect
Body Slam
Ice Beam/Psychic
Rest
This set utilizes Clefable's ability to take damage. Body Slam and Ice Beam guarantee neutral damage on everything, and Ice Beam can freeze other walls like Chansey and Hypno. However, Psychic is worth mentioning due to its ability to lower special, which can force switches and result in Clefable taking even less damage.
Moveset #3: Status inflicter
Sing
Thunderwave
Ice Beam
Body Slam
This moveset is capable of inflicting sleep, paralysis and a lucky freeze if needed. This set can make Clefable one of the biggest support Pokemon on your team since it will be able to put something sleep and start spreading para. Ice Beam is good for the wall that you may run into, and Body Slam is backed by STAB.
Other options: Counter can work but I personally don't like it. Some people throw around the idea of Mega Kick, but I don't see it as being overly useful. Clefable has such a good movepool that you can mix its moves around and experiment with your own personal movesets.
