(SamG's analysis is posted below. Felt like keeping it since he took the time to make it.)
Type/s: Bug HP: 333 Attack: 348 Defense: 298 Speed: 268 Special: 208
Swords Dance Body Slam Hyper Beam Submission/Slash
The umpteenth shaky Swords Dance Pokemon, Pinsir is really just a poor man's Kingler despite being a tad faster. In UU it isn't bad because it can outspeed a decent amount of Pokemon and isn't completely frail unlike Scyther thanks to its very good defense stat. However, its special stat sucks and its HP doesn't help matters much either.
The first three moves are all obvious choices. In regards to the fourth move, Submission is good to hit rock types like Onix and Omastar who otherwise completely wall you, while Slash works if you're paranoid about even being able to set up.
Other options: Not that I know of.

Weaknesses: Fire, Flying, Rock
As you can see, Pinsir's typing doesn't really support his stats and his moves. However 348 attack is not something you should laugh at because he hits stuff hard even without STAB.
Swords Dance Body Slam Hyper Beam Submission
SD up and attack.
Pinsir's special defense is not that great, and coupled with bad HP means you won't want him to take special attacks much. He gets 2HKOd by a lot of STAB attacks in the special department, so you would ideally want to set up on Chansey or something that doesn't have a STAB special attack. On the other hand he has excellent attack and defense. Despite his problems with HP he can take hits from physical attacks quite well. He isn't able to switch in but once he sets up a physical attacker will go down if Pinsir has enough HP left.
If you set Pinsir up for the sweep he can sweep pretty well. But it is kinda hard seeing as many key things need to be paralyzed, and setting up isn't easy. Pinsir needs Submission to take care of Rhydon and Golem. If they are stupid and switch in while Pinsir uses Swords Dance Pinsir will beat them one on one. Pinsir also OHKOs Chansey with Submission and does a number to Snorlax with it. Pinsir will also beat Tauros one on one with a Swords Dance up at full health, so if you can get him set up he works amazingly well, but it is still not an easy thing to set up.
Pinsir is late game material where he isn't as vulnerable to special attacks. You use him to sweep. If you get lucky and find yourself at full health with a Swords Dance up and your opponent's team is paralyzed Pinsir hurts them hard being able to take Tauros which is key to your sweeping plan. Pinsir can take on Rhydon and Golem which gives him an edge over Charizard. Pinsir also has something over Kingler because he has a better Special, and he isn't weak the Electric moves. Submission isn't as good as Surf, but it certainly allows Pinsir some flexibility against normal type Pokemon.
The real problem with Pinsir is that it takes a lot to set him up, and you only have one shot at it. If something goes wrong you basically have a useless Pokemon that hasn't done much for your team, and Pinsir absolutely needs to set up to work. You have to find a good place for him to Swords Dance, and Pinsir takes a lot of damage when he uses Submission, so even if he can do a lot of damage to Snorlax with it he is still going to take damage because Pinsir can't use Submission too much without expecting to die. Gengar also repels Pinsir and Pinsir can do nothing about it.
I felt like making a better analysis, and this is my 696th post, which is what Pinsir's Attack is after a single Swords Dance.
I dub this Pokemon...................UU.
