Credit to SamG for this Lapras moveset, which is the best Lapras set to use in my opinion. This set pretty much makes Lapras invincible against physical sweepers with the exception of miraculous luck and also protects it against exploders. The main issues Lapras faces here are getting walled by Chansey (which can sort of be remedied by using Ice Beam) and walled by Starmie (which is sort of remedied by using Thunder and/or getting lucky with paralysis).
Lapras just might be the most underrated OU Pokemon in the game, not being used despite amazing defensive capabilities and an awesome movepool.
Other options: Sing is an option despite its crappy accuracy (Lapras can take hits). Body Slam can work to hit Chansey for more damage and to paralyze stuff.
