Thunderbolt Thunderwave/Reflect Blizzard Recover
Porygon is like Chansey with no staying power. It has a nice movepool, a shame game freak just randomly assembled it's stats and turned out to be bad stats. Porygon is usable in a restricted UU field, but no more than that really. Basically the idea is to paralyze things, boltbeam and Recover.....or at least try to Recover which can be difficult to pull off successfully considering how damn frail Porygon is.
Reflect can help out Porygons staying power but you lose T-Wave. Your choice. I dont like the theory of Sharpen, Porygon is too frail to be setting up for anything. It's not like Porygon should be played in standard or common UU anyway.
