Damn, you'd think Omastar could be some kind of tank or something.
Surf

Seismic Toss
Body Slam/Mimic
Ok, Omastar can't attack other waters and special sponges so thats why it's nothing more than a Pokemon with wasted potential. Why couldn't it's stats go to something that could actually use them like Porygon or Lickitung? Oh well, the idea is to basically Surf what you can hit hard, Blizzard grass types, Seismic Toss what neither of them will touch and Body Slam for paralysis. Predict a switch into a water, Body Slam and hope you get lucky. Thats it. Mimic can be an alternative to basically pray you get an electric attack or something.
Omastar is a UU Pokemon obviously. It's stats are too good to go down a level. Omastar really can't be used in standard because too many Pokemon resist it. Simple. In UU, Vaporeon is a better version of this, losing the ground and fighting weakness and being able to Acid Armor. It's not a very popular UU Pokemon though. But I, myself, have had success with it in the first round of the Gamefaqs letter tournament.
