.. The feeling to show you all my team. So here we are..
Snorlax: Body Slam Earthquake Hyper Beam Selfdestruct
Snorlax is only here to be my secondary sweeper, he explodes on Eggy openers and pretty much kills anything else. --- Slowbro: Amnesia Rest Surf Thunder Wave
Another ace sweeper, I have wiped plenty of people with Slowbro after Snorlax took out their heavy hitters and they were left with tanks and stallers. --- Starmie: Reflect Surf Thunder Wave Thunderbolt
I don't use Starmie as much of a sweeper as I do use 'er for a finish-off Poké. Reflect helps most of my team live, while getting T-Wave up when needed. --- Exeggutor: Explosion Psychic Sleep Powder Stun Spore
Speaks for itself. --- Arbok: Glare EQ Hyper Beam Rock Slide
I know, I know ZOMG ARBOK NUB LOLZ. But you have no idea how many times I have swept someone with merely Arbok. I know how to switch in my tanks with him to utilize his effectiveness. Plus Glare is another way to spread Para all around. --- Chansey: Ice Beam Softboiled Thunder Wave Thunderbolt
Speaks for itself.

Snorlax: Body Slam Earthquake Hyper Beam Selfdestruct
Eh, you're just begging to get put to sleep, but I suppose it makes Gengar think twice. I would really change the lead, you dont need to hope for a Sleep Powder miss and blow up Snorlax so early.
--- Slowbro: Amnesia Rest Surf Thunder Wave
<3 Slowbro forever.
--- Starmie: Reflect Surf Thunder Wave Thunderbolt
Needs more Recover, seriously, Starmie without Recover kinda sucks. Dump Reflect for it, also you know Reflect only works on the Pokemon who uses it right? If you still insist on using Reflect, dump T-Wave or T-Bolt if you aren't afraid of other Starmies and Lapras.
--- Exeggutor: Explosion Psychic Sleep Powder Stun Spore
Horrible set --- Arbok: Glare EQ Hyper Beam Rock Slide
Other Pokemon can spread para, except they dont have the occassional chance of missing. Also, Arbok really does suck in standard, dump it. Practically every standard in the game outspeeds it and 2HKOs it.
--- Chansey: Ice Beam Softboiled Thunder Wave Thunderbolt
Yeah
Ok, dump Arbok for Tauros with Blizzard/Body Slam/EQ/Hyper Beam ASAP. I would also change your Snorlax lead to Exeggutor.
Other notes: You got my TOS1 team half right.

I would really change the lead, you dont need to hope for a Sleep Powder miss and blow up Snorlax so early. I see more Gengar leads then Eggy leads and I can always switch out into Arbok to absorb the sleep. Starmie is a pretty good sweeper, but like I said, I don't rely on it. Recover does help it survive but I don't need that to win my battles. Yay for that? I asked you to rate Arbok, not critque is viability. Your rating skills needs adjusting. I am not changing Arbok, he has helped me through a lot and I am sticking to him. My Snorlax lead is fine, leading with Eggy only begs for a Eggy vs. Eggy piece of crap stall battle. Yay? Here's the sound of me caring:

"I see more Gengar leads then Eggy leads and I can always switch out into Arbok to absorb the sleep."
k, then whats the point of even using Arbok if it's just sleep bait? If you see more Gengar leads you can just use something else.

Dont be so stupid, what's there to rate? The set is fine, it isn't hard to construct an Arbok set. I can rate is viability as well and say how effective something is.
"I am not changing Arbok, he has helped me through a lot and I am sticking to him. My Snorlax lead is fine, leading with Eggy only begs for a Eggy vs. Eggy piece of crap stall battle."
But according to you, it's your sleep bait, and if your using Arbok against well, skilled players it's going to get haulted unless you luckfuck things or you consider killing 20% paralyzed things "clutch sweeping". And Eggy Eggy lead isn't a stallfest, someone gets put to sleep and the other switches, dunno where you got that from.
"Yay? Here's the sound of me caring:"
Where?

Clefable can do what Arbok does better. Clefable does not learn Earthquake or Rock Slide, but its BS hurts more than what Arbok has, and it can do so much more... It can BoltBlizz, has a better accuracy instant paralyzing move... It doesn't hit Golem or Rhydon but Clefable can actually damage them effectively. Their speed difference is not important as I don't see anything that Arbok outspeeds that Clefable does not that is actually important. Clefable has less weaknesses and its only weakness does not matter too much at all. In all... Just use Clefable and run away from Arbok. =X
