HcM vacated it though, he owns ACB so he can do that, so I am the rightful champion of ACB. If he wanted to he could strip me of the title.

You can have your claim to the title all you want, but it doesn't mean much. You never beat me in a title match. Your title is made of cardboard.
I think you are misusing the word rightfully, by the way. By definition the rightful claim is the just claim. Is your claim to the title just? If you think about it no. You never battled the true champion. HCM's claim that you are the champion is the same as if I made a tournament on TA that was worth points that contributed to the best battler of the year and I proclaimed that Yellow was the winner because I said so. This means that if it is fair that you are the ACB champ it is fair that I make myself the winner of any tournament I make on the forum.

My title is not made of cardboard, it is made of some kind of computer sprite device thing. And in the official standings I am the champion, which is all that really matters.
